Welcome to LSN: Swahili Made Easy! By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your investment, which is why we offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your program for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based services, if you choose to cancel at the beginning of a new month, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days remaining in the current billing cycle. To request a refund, please contact us directly at least 24 hours before the next payment is due.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please email us at support@learnswahilinow.com with your request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are only eligible within the first 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
Access to Course Content
Once a refund is processed, you will lose access to any course materials, community features, and coaching sessions included in the program.

"The LSN site and app are a great resource for Swahili learners of all levels. The teacher, Karen, is very approachable, interactive, and supportive of her students. The layout of the app and website are a little awkward, and you might feel somewhat clumsy trying to navigate all of the features, until you get used to it. The content is fantastic, and there are video lectures on every aspect of Swahili grammar, and for all levels of students. The 30 day challenge was actually only 20 days; it runs for four weeks, and you get the weekends off. So 4 weeks x 5 days per week = 20 days of work in total. But you will probably appreciate having the weekends off! I know I did!"
